Exchange & Return Policy
We value your hard-earned money, and we understand you would like to know what happens if you have received a faulty or incorrect order by mistake.
Customized orders shall not be returned/Exchanged due to customer’s nonsatisfaction’s on font style etc.
Product Warranty
All our products have one-year warranty. In the case of any issues, a free repair is offered to our customers. The customer will be responsible to ship the items back to us, and we will take care of the rest, including reshipping the items at no additional charges. For any kind of leather malfunction, we offer free replacements.
Returns
If you have received a faulty or incorrect order, we will be happy to ship you a new order. We will use the same shipping method you used at the time of your purchase.
If you would like to get your order replaced with another item, a reshipping and handling fee of PKR 300 will apply. Our courier will handle the entire replacement process.
If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us) or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact support@streamlinecpg.com We would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery.
Your order is eligible for a return or refund, if:
- It’s not damaged or used.
- It’s not personalized, in which case, it’s a final sale.
- You have the original packaging.
- You are willing to cover return shipping.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

- Share your order ID
- Share a few clear pictures of the product and the packaging. This will ensure that the product is unused.
For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund, returned orders which we do not receive.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 14 business days from the date of return with a stocking fee applicable of PKR 500/- where customers choose not to accept a replacement.
At Streamline, we are about building a community of people who appreciate good corporate and promotional giveaways products. We do a double QA, once right after production and once more before your order is shipped. We are also extra careful with shipping all international orders, so you are not left with a faulty or incorrect product. But, still, there’s a possibility of something falling through the cracks, and that’s where our refunds and returns policy will make sure we’ve got you covered.
